Material Exchange M.S. Louisiana State University, 2005 My research focuses on wetland restoration and the dynamics of belowground productivity; including: exploring the role of root and rhizome production on wetland elevation and accretion, measuring changes in belowground productivity in response to elevation, flooding and fertilization, following how storm deposited sediments impact aspects of marsh function, including marsh resiliency, and the use of sediment slurries to bolster deteriorating marshes.
