Trophic Linkages and Biomass Production B.S. Louisiana State University, 2007. Most of my research is based on plankton ecology and imaging systems. I look at plankton distributions throughout Breton Sound and Barataria Bay. I also conduct comparisons of zooplankton imaging systems with traditional sampling methods to determine fine-scale zooplankton distributions. And I use the imaging systems on remotely operated vehicles (ROV´s) to examine biodiversity of the mesopelagic and bathypelagic zones in the Gulf of Mexico.
